1 17.5 oz pkg oatmeal cookie mix (Betty Crocker is best)
½ cup chilled butter, cut into small pieces
2 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
2 TBSP plain flour
2/3 cup peanut butter morsels
2/3 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Work the butter into the cookie mix. Do this is a food processor by pulsing several times. Press into prepared dish. Bake about 10 minutes until lightly browned. Allow to cool. Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and egg and beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread over cookie crust. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheesecake is just set. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with both kinds of morsels. Allow to stand until chocolate is soft and spread gently with a knife. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until topping is set. Remove from refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before cutting into desired shapes. Remember these are very rich and do not make the pieces too large.
