1 12 oz pkg Al Fresco chicken sausage (either flavor)
2 ½ cups uncooked penne pasta
1 12 oz container Alfredo pasta sauce
2 TBSP brown mustard
1 TBSP fresh sage
¼ tsp each salt and black pepper
1 cup shredded 4 cheese mixture
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Cook sausage according to pkg directions and cut into ½ inch pieces. Cook pasta according to pkg directions and drain. Place pasta sauce, mustard, sage and salt and pepper into a microwave safe bowl and heat. Stir sausage, pasta sauce and cheese into drained pasta. Pour into a 9x13 inch dish which has been sprayed with cooking oil spray. Bake about 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
