8 slices Kern’s bread
1 9 oz pkg Lay’s Premium sliced ham
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp yellow mustard
2 cups milk
Place four slices of bread in a baking dish which has been lightly sprayed with cooking oil spray. Cut ham slices into small pieces and scatter evenly over bread. Scatter cheese evenly over ham. Top with remaining slices of bread. Whisk together the eggs and milk. Whisk in mustard. Pour evenly over sandwiches in dish. Allow to set 30 minutes before baking in a 350 deg oven about 40 minutes or until evenly puffed and brown.
