A Dollywood Recipe

Sub Roll 1 ea cut in half
Seasoned Pork 4 oz- shredded
Ham- thin sliced 2 oz
Swiss Cheese 2 slices
Onion Bacon dressing 2 TBSP


1.Butter Sub Roll and place in hot Skillet to begin toasting.
2.Place Pork and Ham in skillet and begin cooking til hot.
3.When roll is toasted on one side flip over and begin toasting other side.
4.Spread dressing on the top side of bun. And place cheese on both.
5.Place pork then ham on roll, sandwich together then press together.
6.Serve with your favorite side.


Bacon pieces 2 cups
Red onion- diced 3/4 cup
Mayonnaise 3 cups
White pepper 2 tsp
Cayenne pepper ½ tsp
Onion powder ½ tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Tabasco sauce ½ TBSP
Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until desired consistency. Place in container and cover, place in refrigerator until ready to use.

This is a tremendous dressing which could be used on almost any sandwich. It would be great on just ham or ham and cheese or….well, you get the idea. While Dollywood uses a pulled pork with a clear Cuban flavor, this would work well with a barbeque pulled pork, with or without the sauce.
