1 8 oz container chive and onion cream cheese spread
4 oz crumbled feta cheese
4 whole grain flour tortillas 10 inch size
4 oz thinly sliced turkey (from deli)
4 oz thinly sliced ham (from deli)
fresh spinach leaves
Mix cream cheese and feta. Spread evenly over tortillas, covering evenly. Arrange turkey or ham or both covering half of each tortilla. Spread spinach leaves evenly over meat. Starting with the side which has the meat layer, roll each up tightly. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap. Chill at least an hour before slicing to serve. To serve, trim off ends of each roll and cut each into at least 3 sections. These may also be sliced about 1 inch thick to serve as appetizers. If you wish, you may add about ½ cup chopped black olives with the cream cheese and feta.
