Ingredients

3 eggs
5 tsp sugar substitute (recommended: Equal for recipes)
1 cup sugar free breakfast syrup (Smuckers sugar free recommended)
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup pecan halves
Pie crust for single 9 inch crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix eggs with sugar substitute, syrup and melted butter. Stir in pecan halves. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 25 minutes with edges covered with foil. Remove foil and bake another 25 minutes or until knife tip comes out clean. Cool and enjoy.
