Cinnamon Roll Cake Tuesday, October 30, 2007

Ingredients

Jane Vogt, Chapman Hwy Garden Club

1 yellow cake mix
1 8 oz. sour cream
4 eggs
3/4 Cup oil
Beat all of this together and then add
3/4 cup raisins (you could use crasins or nuts)
Put into a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with cooking oil. Mix
3/4 Cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Swirl this into cake mixture
Bake 40 minutes at 350
Icing:
2 1/2 cups of confectioners sugar
2 tsp vanilla
4 to 5 TBSP milk
Mix and pour over cake while still hot
