A Dollywood Recipe

2 cups Biscuit mix
¼ cup milk- may take a little more depending on your mix.
¼ cup All-purpose flour- for dusting your work surface
2 cups Apple filling- use your favorite filling


For Dough:
Mix Biscuit mix with milk and form a dough ball. Adjust with milk and flour to get good mixture. Portion into 2 ounce balls and roll into 6” circles. Spoon 2 TBSP of filling into center of dough, fold over and crimp with crimping tool or your fingers.
Fry in skillet with vegetable oil on 325 degrees until golden brown on both sides.
A good apple pie filling can be found at Food City. Chop it fairly fine for this use.
