Dry weather conditions can be expected across our area for the next week. High pressure from the Midwest will settle into eastern North Carolina for Friday and the weekend and that will maintain clear skies and seasonably temperatures. We have seen some very nice weekends durnig the summer and fall and this weekend will be no exception. Highs should hit the 60s during the afternoons and upper 30s to lower 40s at night. Sneaking a peak into Thanksgiving Week shows little change, especially during the first half of the week. Temperatures could even hit 70 or slightly higher by next Tuesday and Wednesday, with no rain expected. I'll take a complete look at Thanksgiving Week at the end of this week.
