It looks like our weather pattern will settle down over the next few days as a strong ridge of high pressure builds over our area. Winds have been strong on Friday with wind gusts to 35 mph in many inland locations and 45 mph along the beaches. Those winds will diminish gradually overnight allowing a gale warning to be lowered to a small craft advisory along the coast. It will remain breezy through Saturday afternoon but there will be a noticeable drop in wind strength as compared to Friday. Sunday and Monday should have light winds with temperatures getting back close to normal for this time of year. Enjoy the next few days because it looks like another windy storm will hit our area on Tuesday and Wednesday.
