It has remained rather cloudy and cool for the past two weeks but weather conditions are getting ready to change. Thanksgiving Day should be a nice one as the sunshine finally emerges from several days of cloud cover. The sun will warm temperatures into the middle 60s by Thanksgiving afternoon. A strong cold front will push to the coast on Thanksgiving night and will usher much colder air into the area for Friday and Saturday. Highs both days should top out in the 50s with overnight lows near freezing. Warmer air will return by Sunday and Monday with another cold front approaching the area on Tuesday. A more winter-like pattern should develop across the East Coast by the latter part of next week so enjoy the mild Thanksgiving.
