Trick or treaters will have warm weather on this Halloween.  The average high on October 31 is near 70°.  Most locations on Saturday will be 10 to 15 degrees above normal as we should top out in the lower 80s away from the coast.  Even coastal areas should see highs in the middle to upper 70s.  The record high for the date is 85° and it appears unlikely we'll get that warm.  Regardless, it will be a very warm day across the area.  Much cooler air will arrive on Sunday and last through much of next week.  My word of advice is to get out and enjoy the beautiful day and someone may offer you some Halloween candy.
