October can be a beautiful month for Eastern North Carolina and it looks like mother nature will not let us down this weekend. It also happens to be the weekend for the North Carolina Seafood Festival in Morehead City. I've spent several years attending the event and we usually have nice weather. You might even call this year's weather exceptional. Sunny skies are expected each day with highs in the middle to upper 70s. Evenings will be cool with temperatures in the 60s between 7 pm and 10 pm and overnight lows reaching the middle to upper 50s. I want to invite everyone down for what promises to be a good time for all.
