Thanksgiving Forecast

Thanksgiving Recipe:

- A heap full of heat

-A dash of wind

-Stuffed with clouds

-Sprinkle showers

If you are hitting the interstates bright and early Thanksgiving, you will likely encounter showers if you are headed west.  A strong cold front will be pushing through the region all day bringing in the clouds and showers.

If you are not headed out of  the state and staying in Eastern Carolina the showers will move in after noon and remain scattered throughout the evening.  Enjoy one more day with highs soaring well above the average.

The front pushes off the coast overnight and very cold Canadian air mass takes it's place.  Bundle up for "Black Friday"  it is going to be quite chilly with highs only reaching the low 50s.  (Now it really feels like the holiday season!)

Drive safe and have a wonderful Thanksgiving...Jennifer Harcher
