From Kill Devil Hills to Cape Fear, to Pumpkin Center and Bat Cave, the weather all across the Carolinas on Halloween will be just perfect.
There will be nothing scary at all about the weather. In fact it will be more of a treat than a trick. Sunny skies will greet the daytime festivities. Clear skies and a dead calm will settle in once the sun sets Wednesday evening.
And there is no need to cover up those great costumes with coat or jacket. Temperatures will remain quite mild with highs on Wednesday in the lower to middle 70s. By trick-or-treat time, temperatures will settle down into the 60s under starry skies and a bright moon.
