Finally -- Cheap Gas Again - Post Your Comments
Do you remember that last time you paid less than $2 a gallon for gas?  It's a hard thing to do since it has been too long ago.  Now gas prices in some cities here in Eastern Carolina have hit that milestone.  Yippie!

I drive about 90 miles a day for work so I'm like many here in the East who watch gasoline prices daily.  Yesterday I filled up my car (which gets 34 mpg highway) for $31.00.  I thought...what a bargain!  That was at $2.06 a gallon, so it will likely fall to below $30 to fill up the next time.

Another price I watch these days is the price of crude oil.  As I write this the price stands at $55 a barrel, and some experts say that could fall below $50...even to the $40 mark.  That's all great news as I don't think anyone would argue that the price of gasoline was overpriced this summer.  Now lets hope prices finally stabilize.

What's going on with the gas? Why is it going up in Washington, but lower in other places? Possibly price gouging once again. They can get away with it..
