Who Can Sleep With The Olympics On?

It's hard to turn off NBC's coverage of the 2008 Olympic Games. I know this firsthand... I've been trying to get to bed at a reasonable hour since the games began.

From the pool to beach volleyball, from cycling to gymnastics, these games are packed with exciting, exhilirating action.

There is also the spirit of the thing.  The event as a whole is bigger than its parts, an event that brings the world together... as best we can.

I certainly hope you are enjoying the games as I am.  I am also enjoying Christina Vitale's reports on WITN News at Sunrise each weekday morning.

Christina recaps all the action (some of it from late night or overnight), gives you updates, the medal count and previews what is coming up. It's a great way to catch up and get ready for all the events in Beijing. She and Heather King are doing a great job each morning.

Thought you might find that helpful to know, in case... like me... you want to try to salvage some sleep!
