A Real Money Problem

The U.S. has an interesting money problem on its hands, and it has nothing to do with the deficit or spending too much.

The much anticipated launch of redesigned $100.00 bills has been postponed indefinitely due to production problems. The problem? Sporadic creasing of the paper!!

I haven't seen any pictures of exactly what the creasing problem is, but don't most dollar bills end up with creases in them anyway?

The technical glitch means that there will not be enough of the new bills that features anti-counterfeiting technologies, to begin distributing them as planned.

I wonder how many $100.00 bills they printed before the realized the problem, and what they ended up doing with them.
