Do you think someone who has pleaded guilty to two counts of second degree murder and one count of driving while impaired should be free on bond?

Here's the case:

A Hertford county man pleaded guilty Monday in the deaths of an engaged couple in a drunk driving accident.

Tyron Daly, 42,  from Ahoskie was in court in Martin County. He pleaded guilty to two counts of second degree murder and one count of driving while impaired.

Daniel Wiggins and Christine McGinty of Martin County were killed in the November 2005 accident on Highway 125 near Hamilton.

Daly had a prior record of involuntary manslaughter and a DWI conviction in 1990. He faces 34 years in prison. Daly remains out on bond until his sentencing Tuesday.
