General Stanley McChrystal , the commander in Afghanistan, has told the Obama Administration the war could be lost if he doesn't get more troops in the next 12 months.
General McChrystal told 60 Minutes that things are probably a little worse than they have been in the eight year-long war. Various reports indicate he wants 30 to 40, 000 additional troops.
Press Secretary Robert Gibbs says the president wants to get the strategy right before making any decisions and that's likely to take weeks.
So what do you think President Obama should do? Do you think the president should follow General McChrystal assessment, or come up with his own plan?
