A study from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation finds that one in three kids in North Carolina are obese. Another study released today says the number of severely obese children in America has tripled in the last 25 years.
Can anything stop this dangerous trend?
I've watched friends and relatives with children employ different approaches to the diets of their children. Some have been very strict, not allowing sugar of any kind. Others take a less strict approach, allowing their children to eat not the best foods, but only in moderation. I have also seen little children who drink soda.
