What Stories Would You Like To See Covered?

Oftentimes people want to know why we cover some stories and not others.

Oftentimes people want to know why we cover some stories and not others.

Well here's your chance to make sure those stories you want to see on TV get covered.

We know people across eastern Carolina have many different interests.  What stories, investigations or feature stories would you like to see?

Here's my personal invitation to you to let me know what you want us to cover.  You can post your comments here or e-mail me at dave.jordan@witn.com.

I look forward to your ideas.

WHY IS THERE NOTHING ON THE WEB SITE ABOUT SARHA PALEN? EDITOR'S NOTE: There are stories on the homepage...we also streamed her Greenville appearance live on the internet and on our 24/7 weather channel and had live reports at 5:00, 5:30 and 6:00pm Wednesday.

I would like to see a story about when WITN is going to start building their new studio on Arlington Blvd. That "Future Home of WITN" sign has been up for over a year, yet nothing seems to get done with that eyesore of a lot. Whats the scoop Dave?

Wednesday's The Roanoke Beacon posted the names, title, and salaries of all county and school system employees in the paper. Claiming to have posted this to show where the taxpayers money was spent, they left out the clerk of court, hospital staff, library information, etc. Several residents are upset that their information was put in the paper like this bc it has never was done in this county before. They could have shown taxpayers spendings without posting the names.

What ever happened to the story about the owner of Peadens Grill in Greenville? I think he got in trouble for having gambling machines in his establishment. Also the stolen safe that was taken from a residence in Williamston. Any new leads?
