Right Move Or Cop Out: NFL Game Sparks Controversy

Do you think the game between the Eagles and Vikings should have been postponed, or should the NFL have let the game go on Sunday despite the blizzard-like conditions?

Smart move or simply a cop out?

People are talking about the NFL's postponement of Sunday's game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Minnesota Vikings because of the weather in Philly.

The game is now Tuesday at 8 p.m. You can watch it on WITN.

While some thought it was the right move, others did not.

"The roads are bad for East Coast standards," Vikings tight end Visanthe Shiancoe said. "But if this was in the Midwest there would be no way that this would be delayed."

Pennsylvania's governor also weighed in on the matter.

"This is football; football's played in bad weather," Ed Rendell told KYW-TV on Sunday. "The fans would have gotten there, the subways work and the major arteries are still open and other fans would have stayed home. But you play football regardless of the weather."

So what do you think?  The right move or should the NFL have left the game alone?

Love Rendell's quote "We've become a nation of wusses". They should have played. Sunday Night Football is not meant to be played on Tuesday.
