Fresh Start- Day 4&5

These ideas require your brain and heart only.

Day 4: No heavy lifting required, but this could be one of the hardest changes you make. Forgive someone. Studies show true forgiveness can lower blood pressure and heart rate and reduce depression, anxiety, and anger. You might need to forgive yourself.


Day 5: This is a fun brain boost. Memorize a poem. Thankfully there are short poems that pack a lot of meaning like this one from Mother Teresa very fitting for this blog.

If we really want to love
we must learn how to forgive.

    Many poeple have unresolved issues that started from some initial disagreement and spiraled into anger which neither side feels able to fully resolve n the manner they feel is appropriate...this can even happen between family members and go on for many, many is important for your part to forgive the person as soon as possible(idealy not hold resentment)and assume there is a different side of the issue(from your perspective you likely don't see it in the same light)which you feel is not fair...assess how to find a solution in a differnt manner as tried before and remember if there can be no reslolution to(remember if neccessary)but not hold in you heart resentment toward the other party...resentment leads to your own punishment(which you already feel is unreasonable) and can lead to farther actions to each other instead of addressing the cause that came about in the first place....

    if u really love someone u must have forgiveness if they did anything to upset u and/or go to that person and tell them how u felt and how u forgive them now u have to really forgive a person dont let anything stress u out aint no need for that forgiveness is the main key of it all it will make u feel better and u can really make a change for your good.
