I reached my weight loss goal and it feels great. I'm almost surprised when I get on the scale and my weight hasn't increased. I'm so used to losing the weight too quickly and going right back to my old weight. This time I have kept the weight off, but let me remind you it took me several months to balance out and keep a steady weight.
I feel happier and healthier, I'm not tired, and my clothes aren't tight anymore.
My next goal is running the Greenville- Pitt County 8K road Race August 27th to benefit the community's arts and sciences. I hope to see you there! You can find information at www.grpd.com.
