Cashion has been teaching music and theater to students at one Beaufort County school for more than two decades.

Neva Cashion is one of the good people of Eastern Carolina.

Cashion is a music teacher at P.S. Jones Middle School in Beaufort County.  She has been there for 26 years.

Beyond classroom work, Cashion directs the school’s annual musical production as well as the school’s show choirs. She is also the coach for the P.S. Jones Chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Cashion gives the gift of music and theater to her students, and she fosters their confidence and talent.

Her impact is evident on the students. They respect her and work hard in their endeavors with her.

We salute Neva Cashion for her dedication and passion for teaching students about music, theater and life.
