You'll be able to tell it's October this week with a very active weather pattern in store. An area of low pressure will develop across the southeast, then move up the coast during the day on Tuesday. It could be a nasty day for the region, depending on the track of the system. If the low tracks along the coast it will be a cloudy, rainy, and cool day. If the low tracks a little more off shore, we'll see cloudy skies with a better chance of rain along the coast. High temperatures may only be in the 60s on Tuesday. A warmer day is in store for Wednesday, with a chance of thunderstorms, as a cold front moves through the area. The dry days look like Thursday and Friday, before a front possibly stalls off the coast next weekend. That usually means clouds and showers for us. So get ready for a week with highs in the 60s, 70s, and 80s, with lows in the 50s and 60s.
