We've been talking about the February 17th deadline for the conversion to digital television for years...but now that may be delayed.
The Senate voted to push the deadline until June 12th. The House of Representatives is expected to do the same and President Obama is expected to sign the extension.
This raises several questions. First of all, do you think the deadline should be extended? For those who aren't ready, who's fault is it? If the switch is made February 17th won't it force those who aren't ready to take action now or right after February 17th if they really want to watch TV? If the deadline is extended what guarantee is there that those who aren't ready now will be ready then?
What do you think? Should the switch take place as scheduled or be delayed?
