Love them or hate them, 'tis the season for new year's resolutions.
No matter how grand life is, many of us can think of ways to improve ourselves or our lives. Maybe you'll resolve to improve the lives of others this year.
Personally, my workout routine needs some excitement, so I'm researching joining a gym. Hopefully that resolution can live in harmony with the one to budget better.
One thing experts say is critical to being successful with your resolution is to be specific when you set a goal. "Getting healthy" is too broad. The experts say you should resolve to do something you can really chart, like get in a 45 minute workout three times a week or eat fruits and vegetables every day.
