Bailing Out The Big Three

What should the government do?

Congress enters a lame-duck session, and one thing on the agenda is what to do about the auto industry.  What seems clear is the companies cannot stay afloat without government assistance.  The problem is figuring out what to do, if anything.

It is a politically divisive issue.  What do you think?
